a questionnaire to each
client to fill out and
return in order to gain
information for content
development. The Marketing
Content Specialist may also
conduct follow up interviews
to gain more information if
necessary.
2.
We analyze current content
on web page(s) and review
the questionnaire responses
to help prepare an initial
draft of new page content.
3.
This first draft is sent to
the client for review and
comments.
4.
The first draft is also
screened to ensure it meets
current search engine
optimization (SEO) criteria.
5.
The first draft is then
edited with the content
changes from the client
and/or SEO analysis.
6-8.
A second draft is prepared
and is also submitted to the
client for final content
changes and the SEO
screening process for final
optimization tuning.
9-10.
After editing to take in the
changes, the final content
is submitted to the client
for sign-off. After
this sign-off, the content
is posted to the web site
page(s).
