Webmajik must have the ability to optimize the structure and content of your web pages. Such changes generally have a minimal visual impact. We will work directly with you in order to maintain the original look and feel of your website.

You must provide Webmajik with log-on information (username and password) to allow us to gain FTP or other log-in access to your website. We will maintain confidentiality of log-in information.

You must inform your webmaster or anyone else who has access to the Web site that we are performing SEO services on the site.

If your pages are light in text content (less than approximately 300 visible words per page), you will provide additional relevant content for the purpose of enhancing SEO ranking.

You must inform us of any changes made to your site website while Webmajik is optimizing it. Webmajik is not responsible for changes made to the website by other parties that may adversely affect the search engine rankings of your website.

Webmajik cannot guarantee 1st page search rankings but will make every effort to optimize your keyword search terms.  One-word search terms are discouraged.  In nearly all cases we are able to place more search terms on the 1st page of search engine results, however, Webmajik only commits to  optimizing a maximum of 1 search term per page - excluding "Contact Us", "About Us", forms, or image-only pages - and 5 search terms per site. 

Not all websites will qualify for Webmajik website promotion services, specifically:

• Adult-related websites
• Gambling-related websites
• Pharmaceutical-related websites
• Foreign language websites (Presently we only offer website promotion to US and Canadian sites.)
• MLM websites
• Replicated or template websites
• Competitor websites (i.e., web design, web development, seo websites)
• Websites with less than 5 pages of content (400 words minimum, does not include any forms pages, Contact” pages, or “About” pages)
• Websites with primarily dynamic or database-driven content
• Websites with primarily flash content

Search engine companies change their ranking algorithms periodically, and as such, search ranking positions will fluctuate and cannot be guaranteed by Webmajik.  Any other changes to search engine sites that cause unfavorable ranking results are out of Webmajik's control and we cannot be held responsible for such actions or occurrences.

You understand that our search engine optimization service does not include paid search engine and directory submission fees. Fees must be paid directly to these search directories for review and inclusion (such as Yahoo for example).
